Gin Distillery Tour (Weekends)

The one hour experience begins at heart of Matahui—our budding permaculture garden. We grow most of our botanicals on-site ensuring sustainability and freshness. Here, we'll introduce you to the botanicals that give our gins and liqueurs their distinct flavours.

Next, the adventure continues in the Flavour Lab. Our Master Distiller Paul will offer an exclusive look into the distillation process and explain how to create a great-tasting gin.

After your tour of our micro-distillery, you're welcome to visit our Cellar Door and enjoy a complimentary tasting of our award-winning gins and liqueurs. 

Sample everything from our signature Adventurer's Gin to New Zealand's Best Botanical Spirit, Fennel Liqueur.
